This website (the "Site") is operated and issued by United Farmers of Alberta Co-operative Limited ("UFA"). UFA reserves the right to change these terms of use from time to time and your use of the Site following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold UFA, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees and disbursements on a solicitor and own client basis, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms, or your violation of nay rights of another.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
